I am so jazzed i get to go see the Pixies tonight. My last big concert was over 4 years ago and i need a dolittle fix. I have read they are playing the whole album in its entirety, in order. Gonna be such a fun show and i haven't had a night off from the bakery in too long. Hope to see you there.

Its official.....
....I am now the new Production Manager of Breadsmith in Mesa AZ. I have come a long way in learning about true from scratch Artisan or European Style Bread. I have learned allot over the years on how to run a bakery and some of the key points. I enjoy greatly every day is full of good guys working on production, and motivated owner, and good bread everyday. It feels nice to be able to make changes in the last 6months even before i obtain the title. I feel compensated fairly for both the experience and laborious job i give forth everyday. I and i thank everyone for taking the time to remember how good bread can be. Make sure to stop in to the retail store if you are in Mesa, or ask me at least a couple days ahead and i will make sure you get your bread.

wireless tether
Well i'll be a monkeys uncle, i can access the internet on my desktop computer, using my android phone! Looks to be the typical usage on FPA i must watch, but free internet! woohoo. It was really easy to do, and now my phone is a wifi hotspot without having to pay for a separate ISP. I am pleased this early morning.

Good ole internet
Well, besides my crazy gypse neighbors, my lame internet problems have pluaged me here since ive been living here. I am just not savy enough to keep a local hacker off my wifi hotspot i created at one of my neighbors, in order to even access the internet at my home. So i had to cancel the service or possiblity suffer legal issues with the DMCA. I had gotton 2 warnings about downloading movies and had a secure wifi. Thought i let me neighbor use it, they swore they were not downloading pr pirating movies. But i dont have another option for the moment except through my phone. I will continue to post and update my blog as i am able. In the meantime, i may just get one of those internet cards for mobil broadband. But those do have a limit or a FPA policy on them which does limit use. So i will have to try and figure something else out. Stay tuned for more cabs and neat music.
